Complementing our legal practice, we also offer comprehensive services for the administration of oaths. Our Mr. Vooi serves as a Commissioner for Oaths (Pesuruhjaya Sumpah), having been duly appointed by the Chief Justice of Malaysia under Section 11 of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964.

Requirements: In order for the oath to be duly administered, it is essential that the deponent (i.e. the person signing the document) to be present before the Commissioner for Oaths together with proof of identity (such as National Identity Card, Passport and etc).
